Successful start of Lean Six Sigma initiative
With its Lean Six Sigma initiative, started in cooperation with Six Winners, Rottendorf looks back on two successful quarterly periods. Since January the L6S philosophy has been imparted to all hierarchical levels of the company and has been reinforced by the implementation of Lean tools such as value stream analyses (WSA) and process mapping (PM). For the second half of the year 2010 Rottendorf plans to introduce Six Sigma and to continue the activities mentioned above.
